Zucker weaves research-driven storytelling, aesthetic inquiry, strategic design, and emotional intelligence to support leaders in co-creating distinctive narratives for change - establishing authentic leadership as a critical foundation for human-centered accountability in transformation efforts. Her work integrates human-centered tools across sectors, from corporations and agencies to academia, as well as cultural and public institutions.

She has developed future scenarios for transformation, contributing strategic foresight to the World Economic Forum, re:publica, and Cannes Next – Festival de Cannes. Her work translates complex global trends into actionable strategies for creative economy stakeholders and communities navigating uncertainty and systemic complexity.

Her approach is anchored by a Master’s in arts and Cultural Enterprise from University of the

Arts London and executive program in Leading Sustainable Corporations from Saïd Business

School, University of Oxford.
